Server monitoring is a rather challenging responsibility for inexperienced VPS customers – you have to check how your virtual server is doing, to determine if it’s overloaded, to find out if all the services are performing okay. It is a task that calls for constant attention, and you most probably do not have time to deal with that. For this reason, we propose that we take care of the task instead of you. If you take advantage of our Managed Services offer, we will be keeping a constant eye on your VPS server and all the processes running on it. This way you will have much more time for your web sites or applications.

Weekly Backups

When you have a repeatedly visited website or a resource–demanding web app, it is of crucial importance to maintain a complete backup of everything. Yet, configuring an automated backup system can be challenging. For this reason, our company offers you our Managed Services package – we take full responsibility to maintain a complete backup of your VPS server, not just of your websites and data, but also all the custom configuration settings that you have added. Our backup scripts run each week, retaining all the customizations that you have made during that time period.

Installation & Troubleshooting

With a VPS Plan, you have total freedom to run any kind of script or service on your it. Still, a part of the scripts are harder to install and may require some extra configuration from you. That’s where our Managed Services option will come in real handy. It features 30 minutes of installation & troubleshooting procedures – which means you can literally hire one of our knowledgeable server admins for 30 min and have him help you with the installation of any software application that you desire. Or have him rectify a problem that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services package comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Plans and is an optional feature with the KVM VPS Plans.
